Ok so I've had the GOTY Edition of Borderlads and have yet to play the DLC. With improved character models, weapons, textures, and more, Borderlands shines on a 4K display. Borderlands Game of the Year Edition DLC.

BORDERLANDS GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION PS3 DLC ON DISC INSTALL
You can install the DLC on as many PS3s as you like due to the lack of DRM. The DLC included here is DRM-free: it installs one at a time from the disc to your PS3's hard-drive. Either way, this Game of the Year edition is certainly worth every penny for the DLC included. I did, however, go back and buy the Borderlands (1) Game of the Year edition afterwards, which luckily contains all that game's released DLC on the disc (DRM-free).
